Niklas is a strategic designer creating a positive impact on the lives of users by developing user-centred services and business models, especially in the areas of healthcare and sustainability. He graduated from Oxford and Freie University Berlin with a Master in Biochemistry.
Simultaneously, he went to the Design Thinking School at the Hasso Plattner Institute. After working as innovation manager, he built the product and service design chapter at zero360, a leading innovation agency, focusing on bringing innovation to companies such as DB Schenker, B.Braun Melsungen AG and Miele & Cie. KG.
His focus in these projects is always a user centred approach in combination with a toolbox of business design, branding, and strategy methods. For Miele he created the first product as a service and data as a service IoT enabled business models.
